Museum Carnage

The doors are locked and the shutters are down, that can only mean one thing: Musee De Carnage is open for business!

Take on the role of an intrepid adventurer from across time and space as you enter the mysterious museum of Carnage, working together with your fellow players to reach the heart of the museum and fulfil your desires.

This TTRPG is suitable for 3 or more players and follows a simple set of rules requiring only a 20-sided die and a 6-sided die to play - creativity is encouraged and the rules allow for players to fill the shoes of any character they desire, from elves and orcs to aspids and aliens!

The game manual is free to download and requires no supplementary materials to enjoy, but if you enjoy the project feel free to donate to help us create more in the near future!

Update - 6th January 2023

As of 2023, the worlds, systems and themes of Museum Carnage are freely available for you to build your projects around - whether you want to write a book, publish your own campaigns or even make a renown, profitable movie franchise (though I would prefer it if you could deal me in on that one!), the base materials of Museum Carnage are free for adaption, modification and, providing the material is original and does not simply reproduce or plagiarise the primary rule, monetisation without charge.

There are a few important caveats to consider though:

1. The project cannot be used in conjunction with or as prompting for any form of AI generated works.

2. The original source material should be credited to Steven Landray, 2021 (footnotes, dedications or even in the blurb that nobody reads - as long as its in there!)

3. Although this is entirely free, donations are always appreciated - you have no obligation to do so, but you'd be helping me fun future projects!
